Dear Friends and Partners in Laos Mission
Only half-way through my trip, already I have many good news to share with
you all. These news are some of many more exciting news that I gathered
this month. There are more to come. This month, we also completed our Mok
Jong Water-Sanitation project in Luang Prabang province. At the handover
ceremony the Pak Ou District governor was very pleased with our church’s
contribution to the development of his district. We will also distribute
goods to the Ethnic School in Saravanh Province, Southern Laos, tomorrow
morning. In fact, this is almost a live report since I am sending this
report from my hotel room in Saravanh Province. So you receive a no
editing, no filtering, and first-hand report from me. We also moved our
office to a rented property this month. Demolition work on the old
Vientiane Church will begin next week. So, you can see many things are
happening in Laos. Things are moving fast. Like a toddler, Lao Attached
Filed (LAF) is growing fast. Each step is a learning step and as this
toddler is walking towards the future it is getting stronger and growing
bigger.
Thank you all for your prayers and support. You are part of an exciting
history of the Laos church.
May God bless you all.
Best regards
K. Phetchareun
